A rather quick walk around the new border.

New border planted March this year, doing really well I think. Lots of colour and lovely wall for clems and honeysuckle.
This is my newest Sedum, I love the red. When I have time I will look up the names I have forgotten!

Ecchinacea (SP?) and Scabious

The next pics is an area very newly planted, the chamomile has really taken, helped by the rain and my mosaic has a place to live against the wall.

And now to Verbascums, everywhere!! Don’t have the heart to pull them out but sometimes I cut away a few of the furry leaves to give the other plants growing nearby a chance of some light.

Then one of my favourite clems, Ville de Lyon. I love the white bloom shining out from the red when it first opens. And Clematis Aromatica, a lovely almond scent.

Now some more of my fave clems, Avant Garde, just love it, Arabella love this blue clem, it’s very good as a cascading clem, like a waterfall.

Now for a little medley of shapes and colour…..

Just a few more Gauras along with verbascum and berginnia. And a lovely phlox.

Got loads more pics to download but I simply MUST go do some work!!
