Linnets in the Rowan tree.

This is the area at the bottom of my front garden, in the winter i had all the finches and, Linnets came towards the end of winter and .... are 'still' with me !
There are now 3 pairs that visit these feeders, they go mad for the sunflower hearts.
This picture's taken with a looong zoom lens and still you can barely see them, the area's about 35-40' away.

My twitcher/photographer brother in law says you need a lot of expensive kit to photograph birds well, simply cos you can never get close enough with ordinary cameras. I can just about see them though, never seen a Linnet in real life here in London.
