Planting Galore!

The weather was just too good to be missed this weekend so out into the back garden I went.
Seedlings were ready to be transplanted from the propagator into pots and into the mini greenhouse. I just hope they survive now and that I can keep the slugs at bay.
Pictures will be posted as soon as they look a bit more substantial.
Hopefully the veggie plot will be full this summer with:
Tomatoes: Roma, Tom Thumb, Sunrise, Shirley
Artichoke, cabbage, broccoli, kale, brussels, dwarf beans, carrots and potatoes.
Peppers, chillis: numex twilight and cayenne plus herbs: coriander, thyme, tarragon, chives, basil and parsley.
I discovered a hop plant and when planting a clematis to climb through the ivy, I noticed a ‘twig’ until I saw it was moving!

Here are a few pics, does anyone know what it is?

Seeds I planted a couple of weeks ago are starting to appear in the new border, so I added some more delphiniums and planted nasturtiums too.

After doing a bit of pruning in the front garden I found this chap hiding behind some overgrown grass, so took his picture and then let him be.

Lots of bees were buzzing around including this one having a bit of a rest in the grass

I need to make sure there are more plants for them this time next year as not much is flowering except the gorgeous cherry and apple

Wow thanks Mageth! I've looked at some pics and it's really pretty! Yeah I know what you mean about this one, I can't believe how much it really looked like a twig and I was worried Wilkos were importing dodgy alien creatures on their clematis plants :-)
