Plants in the garden today.

Gorgeous Irises, Ang....I particularly like the peachy coloured ones and the yellows with purple tips....I do wish they lasted longer,don't you.

Thank you all for liking the irises. All our bought-in ones (except Sultan's Palace) were from Cayeux and chosen from their pics in the brochure. Some I like more than others! You're right, Meadow, it's a shame they don't last longer but at least most have bulked up quickly. We have a couple of patches which have no flowers at all. Very odd.

If anyone wants bits of the dark purple, or pale peach or purple-yellow one just pm me and I'll split them after flowering.

And I thought it was just Siris and Bathgate who had a large collection of colourful irises! Beautiful colours, Ange, although I’m not an iris lover..

I’ve noticed our two remaining alliums which are now opening are the same variety as yours.

Stunning Iris's, my daughter would be really jealous, especially her favourite colour ones - purple!
