A change from my usual Christmas card to all my friends on Goy,but summer instead of snow, appears to still be the ‘norm’ in my garden.

I hope we all stay safe, and are able to enjoy Christmas in our own way this year,in spite of the circumstances.
Love,Sandra xx

Maybe it's Nature's compensation for the strange times we are living in! You are doing well - my Penstemons haven't flowered for ages.
Thank you for your greetings - A very happy Christmas to you too!

Thank you all for for good wishes. This Penstemon ,called ,Blueberry Fudge',was a gift from Amy2 as a small cutting, quite a few years ago now,and it just goes from strength to strength, via more cuttings.
It's not showing any signs of dying back as yet,so time and weather will tell..
Stay safe everyone, and have a lovely Christmas, whatever you are planning to do..
love,Sandra xx

We are staying home, family meetings on the driveway social distancing, we are all in tier 3, decided weeks ago that no matter what the rules say its not worth taking the risk, xmas family parties, get togethers and holidays all on hold for now, hoping to have them sometime in the future with all of us healthy and able to celebrate ....
Merry Christmas Sandra, enjoy being together and a Big Hope that things will be better in 2021, mainly stay safe and healthy xxx

Thank you Sue,and we might have to have a rethink about Christmas too, after the latest updates, but we don't celebrate with others at Christmas anyway,as all our extended Families have enough with their own . I'm sure we will all enjoy Christmas in our own way,so staying safe is priority at the moment. We are thankful to be staying in Tier 3,and not moving to Tier 4...for now ? Stay positive ,safe ,and healthy. We have to look forward to a better year ahead. xxx

We had been planning on going to our daughter's house on Christmas Eve for dinner as we have done every year since our first grandchild was born 13 years ago. But Boris said "No way!" so we weren't able to go :( However we did go on Christmas Day for dinner & spent a few hours there with the grandkids. Our son & his daughter came as well. So three households - as per Mr Johnson's orders!
