Out in the garden

So my wife got her 12 week confinement letter today as she is in the high risk category for the corona virus, not a happy bunny as she is really missing the grandkids, but not as bad as my daughters in-laws who are trapped out in Brisbane at the moment with no signs of getting back to the UK until May.
Still on the bright side the weather has been glorious this week and I have been able to spend most of my days out doing things and inventing jobs in the garden, grass cut borders weeded out the front as well. With the weather being so nice Kim managed to sit out there for most of the afternoon yesterday which was good. Quite a few things coming into life now so it has also gave me a chance to play around with the camera. I have posted a few photos of what is going on .

Absolutely beautiful photography here, Davey! You have some really colourful, pretty flowers in your garden right now! I’m sorry your wife is self isolating for so will be very stressful for her, like a lot of others too. Missing the family, especially the grandchildren will be heart wrenching for her and everyone for the foreseeable future..
It’s a really sad time isn’t it.
I’m keeping in touch with my patients by phone, texts and emails regularly...I don’t know how anyone will be feeling in a few weeks never mind a few months.

Wow Davy, couldn't decide whether to praise the flowers or the photography! What a lovely blog.

Thanks for the lovely comments, being able to still carry out two of my favourite pastimes, the garden and taking photographs has been a bit of a blessing in these strange times. Just hoping that everybody here stays safe and the isolation is not to much of a hardship for people to deal with. things will improve and hopefully not to long before we are back to some sort of normality.
