A concrete example

My next-door neighbour Mrs Jones ,has got a garden full of stones; A crazy path, a lily pond, a rockery &just beyond, a sundial with a strange device, which Mrs Jones thinks rather nice. My next door neighbour,Mrs Jones, puts little plants between the stones. They are so delicate &small, they don’t mean anything at all.Ican’t think how she gets them in, unless she plants them with a pin. My next door neighbour Mrs Jones ,once asked me in to see her stones. We stood & talked about a flower for quite a quarter of an hour. " Where is this lovely thing?" I cried. You’re standing on it,". She replied. By R Arkell.

Reminds me of another poem about Mrs Jones - nothing to do with gardening though. Wonder if it was the same lady?
Mrs Jones had been a dog previous existence-
In fact she quite resembled one when looked at from a distance.
I wish I had may tail to wag, said Mrs Jones one morning,
And licked a nearby curate's face without the slightest warning!
