Lovely to be reminded of this poem, Ff, thank you. I Googled it for easier reading, even with my glasses on I found enlarging the photo indistinct ;-) Wish I had visited the garden centre before yesterday's lock-down, but this is a good time of the year to sow or propagate so there won't be short of plants to nurture here. Having more time to enjoy our gardens must be the silver lining in the current emergency, let's hope the weather is kind to us ! Keep smiling, social distance and stay well everyone.

The local recycling site was very busy on Sunday with everyone getting rid of their rubbish. With so many people at home, was there ever a better time for getting to do those put off jobs, clearing out the garage, loft, garden jobs, spare room etc. 😊

We did go out in the car today to collect some food from a farm shop. It was ready and waiting for us in boxes so all we had to do was put it in the boot!
Driving home, the roads were nearly deserted and the countryside looked so beautiful as if it was revelling in being left all alone in the peace and quiet......... ' losses on the roundabouts means profits on the swings!'
Thank you, do take care.

Hope you are able to read this on your computers( by enlarging etc). I don't know how to cut & paste, or even if it's possible with a whole poem. I feel we need a few diversions at present. I have been for some nice walks (alone), though plenty of folk about with their dogs. Have also been to a Garden Centre (busy). Bought some nice red Polyanthus, as it is mostly blue & yellow out there at the moment. It was lovely working in the garden yesterday.
The Forsythia is like a bright sun outside my window. It makes me feel good every time I look at it.
