Making a start

There are some new plants for my garden this year, can’t help just buying when I see them, then decide later where on earth to fit them in

First up is rhubarb, this one is Raspberry Red, from Wilko. I have rhubarb already but it was struggling, in wrong shady spot, so I moved it, and bought this as well

Then buying compost in Home Bargains I found a white rose, Virgo

Finally, these Tete a Tete in a trough at front of house, always the first out

Great choices I use to have huge Rhubarb on my allotment which was on a hill the Rhubarb was at the bottom where all the water ran to.

The first trip to the shops of the year is always fun. Seeing different seeds, bulbs, plants, then giving them a good home! They all look good!

well you are off to a flying start. Tete et tete are one of my favourite daffs and they always bring cheer.
Virgo is a lovely rose, so fingers crossed it will be flowering for you this year.

Oh yes you've made a grand start, typical, go to buy compost and find something else jumps into your trolley, we all do it, Tete et tete are always lovely to see whether in pots or amongst other spring flowers, I love my roses, only white I have though is my Iceberg Climber, hope Virgo does well for you.....
