haha, yes it is all about sweet rocket and few other very pretty plants. I have a border full of sweet rocket. It is a beautiful plant and so lovely in the evening light.

Beautiful photos of your lovely plants ... :o)

I will remove a bit SBG before it sets seeds. It attracts lots of butterflies but it is becoming overwhelming. Same as foxgloves and Himalayan balsam both absolutely loved by bees and just coming to bloom. Beautiful but prolific. Allow just few to reseed.

What a wonderful display, and it's good it can be left to do it's own thing, within reason !.It contrasts so well with all your other beautiful plants, especially against the Choisya.I love the blue Iris too.Oh how I wish I had the space for a Larch tree..at least I think that is what it is? It's a favourite of mine.Thank you for sharing ,Klahanie :o)

Its beautiful- looks as if it did that all by itself! Hesperis is one of those names I can never remember - will try to keep it in mind next time I'm at a seed counter...

I have to do that too or the border would be nothing else ;o)

I can collect seed for you Yorks if you'd like some. Cant guarantee if they'd be white lilac or pale pink though.

Stunning photos, Klahanie. How lucky you can let it rip!

Thank you Bloomer for looking at my pictures and your kind words.

I was just going to offer some seeds to Yorkslass...sneak them in the mail.... but I do not know how strict UK authorities are about foreign seeds. Getting them from SBG is much safer bet.

Thank you Anget for liking my photos.

Very beautiful, Klahanie…there’s a theme of pretty purplish lilac hues…I do like the naturalistic planting areas. It evokes a relaxed and serene setting. Lovely!

It is the amount of hesperis which makes the look down there purplish Kate. It drops million of seeds if you let it. Same as foxgloves (same hues) which are just coming to bloom.
I do have paths and love to walk there.
Thank you for a nice comment.

I’ll bet meandering along the pathway and smelling all the lovely scents and seeing the all the colour is lovely!

Eileen thank you - would love some Hesperis seed. Should it be planted right away or sown in spring?

Thank you Sheila. I let it seed. It attracts many butterflies.

I had quite a lot last year and expected to find many seedlings, but hardly any. I will sow again this autumn.

Good luck with it Sheila. Seeds are not so expensive and maybe way to go.
