own produce of shiitake (I'd better not contacted Waitrose, Sainsbury and Tesco to promise regular supplies). Not really a success!

Well I think it's a success , that's marvelous to have succeeded in growing your own shiitake , the only time I have seen it growing has been in caves in France .. !
