if you are interested in natural therapies/remedies. These flower remedies are used to help emotional states of mind rather than physical illnesses. In animals as well as people.

Rescue remedy is brilliant.

I do Suey, but you need to get the right remedy for the 'type' of person. I have used them on people without their knowing, which might sound naughty but on occasion those close to me have needed help and either...wouldn't admit it OR don't believe remedies like this can help. I have used them on myself too. As Grandmage says, Rescue Remedy is just that, to be used in times of anxiety and stress..when you need rescuing! The other book I posted a picture of gives more straightforward descriptions of the remedies if you are interested in having a look. Try your local library. :o))
