Wow That's a lot of trees .Can you imagine having to pick all that fruit by hand :lOL

I believed they are picked by hand, too. It's a lot of hard work, luckily the fruits ripen in late winter. This area get blistering hot in summer (the average highs in summer are over or near 100ºF/38ºC. and many times it's much hotter).
