ah not heard of this - I do love cotoneasters though

I wanted a tall evergreen Paul and they grow well around here - as tall as small trees I planted it last summer and its really taking off.

Why that adjective - "lacteus"?

Lacteus - 'of a shining white or milky color' I think it must relate to the creamy flowers?.

Extremely well TT it has doubled in height and now touches 6ft.
