Just caught it!

You captured that beautifully J. I have to keep reminding myself how beautiful autumn is, rather than grumble about having to continuously clean up the fallen leaves. I must take my camera out with me before they have all disappeared for the winter again.

Chris.....that spikey shrub is one which Lulu helped me to distinguish....an unusual shrub which loves the sun and produces small fluffy flowers in white.It has been planted for over 10 years but to the life of me I cant remember the name!!!!!If you read this Lulu,HELP!!!
