Hi HB it was raining but we didn't care although we didn't walk far, but the outing and fresh air was good. With a reservoir that big there must be plenty of fish Driad.

Lovely photo, Linda. We have herons in the ditches around Romney Marsh but it is rare for them to stand still for a photo when he know someone is about :( Well caught.

Gerry's camera has a good lens on it. In the past we've seen herons nesting in the trees here.

Hi Amy, I love seeing all the wildfowl here, and for the little birds, they place different bird feeders and nestboxes among the trees and they seem to be well used.
