Wow Andrew it's totally covered in flowers. I feel sick when I look at my twig...It's about 4 years old. I'm afraid it's got to go and I must find a good sized one.

I just looked on Burncoose and see it prefers acid soil...that's been the problem obviously. If I got another it would have to be in a large pot to be safe. I may try and put the twig in a pot of ericacious and see if it cheers up.

HB you could try that, ours is not in acid soil, but it took some time to establish, it was a stick for quite a few years!! make sure it is not being strangled by one of those collars that the nurseries are keen on using!

I will check it tomorrow when I dig it out to pot it up. Maybe try half and half ericacious and multipurpose compost. Just looked on another site and it says most soils!
