Im really chuffed Shirley, as I sowed these as seed two years ago, planted them out last year, and now they are flowering, and so very pretty with huge flowers. You'd love them!

Well done Karen, I was disappointed yesterday to find the windy weather had made some of my taller Aquilegias blow over, snapping a few stems. What dreary weather for the last day of May!

Yes, I've suffered a few snapped stems on mine too. We've had beautiful sunshine...but windy. Same today, but lighter winds thankfully. You seem to be having the late spring we had last year. :(

What else?

See who else is growing Aquilegia longissima (Longspur Columbine).
