Argyrocytisus battandieri 'Yellow Tail' - 2016

By Andrewr

Argyrocytisus battandieri 'Yellow Tail' - 2016 (Argyrocytisus battandieri)

Pineapple broom (the name has recently changed from cytisus to argyrocytisus). For a poor soil in full sun, sheltered from cold winds. The type grows to 15 feet in height; this recent introduction should make 8 to 10 feet.
I planted this shrub in early March and it has rewarded me with a flower already.
