Myosotis palustris (Water Forget-Me-Not)

Myosotis palustris (Water Forget-Me-Not) (Myosotis palustris)

This pretty plant has its roots in the pond, but has crept well up out of the water on to the pebbles. Really love it. Very natural looking.

I had this for a while but then it was no more, what’s the spiky pond plant! I think I have this, came of it’s own accord.

Hi Dawn, I think its Hippuris Vulgaris or Water Mare's Tail. But I have no idea how it got in there. I didn't buy it. It must have been in another plant or one of the arrangements I had early on. Its lovely though and doesn't seem overly invasive. Its an oxygenator. :)

Thanks Karen, it’s not gone mad I’m my pond either, often wondered what it was, thank you

I've just added it as a new plant Dawn.

The water Forget me Not looks like a useful plant for a pond.

Its so pretty Siris and the foliage is nice too. The red stems are so different.

Yes Karen, I thought those stems added extra interest.
