Must plant my Butterball this Autumn, it's is bursting out of its barrel and deserves to be in the garden....but where???...argh, too many plants!

I took some more plants out yesterday Janey. I definitely have too many. But this is the way of it. I plant thickly to get 'instant' impact and then spend the next few years thinning it out. I took out some of the Jane Philips Irises which have grown rather too well this year! And I also ditched all the Dahlias. My poor back is telling me that having so many pots is a bad idea. So from now on, I'll be cutting down on the pot culture. :)

That is me Karen! Then I find, they're squashed in after a few weeks, ...:(( I have so much nepeta, it's beyond belief, but no beautiful path which needs to be edged...
I may have two grass paths next year though, I really want to take out the middle of the lawn and plant it with all the excess plants...and where will I put the pond liner a friend gave me?? On it goes...ha ha...X
