Amy and Kate,

They are not extremely big, somewhere around 3.5 - 4.0 inches but what is amazing about them is how they sit upright on the branch and their ever changing colouration.
I found a blog by fellow wordpress blogger who posts a various stages in pictures.

It is interesting to see (in my opinion) for people who do not grow one. The tree itself is attractive as well with its curly silvery needles.
