Thank you Sheila. Plants in this bed are doing well. I used to put dahlias there but these got quite big and they shade the space below so I am thinking various astilbe?

If I remember correctly you commented on the size of this Pieris when you were here. We inherited it and it is quite large.

It's certainly much bigger than my two Pieris,Klahanie,and I thought mine were a decent size ! :o) A lovely combo with the Dogwood.

Thank you Bloomer for liking this combination. Pieris can get pretty large with time. We live here for 17 years and it was here then. Already a decent size. I planted the Dogwood.
