Orange poppies

Very vibrant! Love the colour. We have the odd one popping up on the bund hill.

Thank you Kate. I have it growing among the phlox which will bloom later.

striking flowers. I love oriental poppies especially the 'hairy' stem and sepals.

I do have a little bit of problem with their leaves after they flower. They need to be let die naturally for next year blooms. These grow among the phlox so not so visible.
But......they are not alone , most of bulbs are the same way.
