I have it too in semi shade and it has quite a strong colour so I am happy with it..

I loved it at first, SBG. Perhaps the original plant has 'gone' and this is inferior seedlings. It does seed very easily.

I used to have a colleague called Gill Richardson!!!! A transplant nurse who retired 2 years ago and enjoying her travels with OH in their camper!!π
Regarding the astrantia, itβs a pretty colour..
