Thank you Homebird for reading on it. It is actually pretty shrub .....evergreen here....especially when it is loaded with these red tiny berries. Leaves are very small too.
Birds must love these berries and redistributing seeds as there are plenty of them around. I like to snack on them when I am down in our Sun Valley. It grows in the complete shade too but no berries.

Kate the fruit is smaller than cherry tomatoe. Even smaller than blueberry.

I’ve never seen this plant before. The fruits look like cherry tomatoes. I read up about it and it seems the shrub had a lot of uses.
