This old Achillea comes back year after year and this year, blue and white Larkspurs, seeds from long ago, have shot up to surround it..:))

I have a similar Achillea, very tall and gangly....Will have to reposition it next year to the back of the border.

Yes this is very floppy. I took out one clump in the spring and most of this one too, but it's nice too see it I must admit.
I'm going to invest in some good plant supports...

I did that this year,Janey....two of them broke,sadly....I resorted to bamboos and string....it's a bit of a fiddle....I don't think mine were very steadfast.Should have paid more for them.

Really? I'm fed up with bamboo and string Julia.
What I've used for my Ammis are my obelisks.
And they've worked really well. A friend asked what am.I growing up them and I said I use them to tie plants to or to put over tall plants as they grow, I may invest in a couple more..
