Stapelia gigantea .
It does have a fascinating flower.
We had it in several pots (when living in Mexico) blooming and attracting certain kind of flies which laid eggs in the center of the flower and pollinating it.
That looks like a very healthy plant, Smile.....
Wonderful that it blooms for you too.
