fungi in the lawn

fungi in the lawn

I don't believe that they are doing any actual damage but most people do not like them. These are tiny mushrooms and cute.

I like them very much. There is such a variety of colors and shapes, and seemingly hundreds of different ones - even many of the look alikes turn out to be different on closer examination and most of them are so fragile and short lived. Many varieties do good work in helping to rot down dead wood and roots and these in the lawn will hurt nothing.

I have those too Klahanie, I don't mind them at all, as long as there's just a few..

I do like to see them too...all the different varieties.
I often see them pop up on the lawn, but they soon disappear.

Mushrooms are definitely underrated, check out a few of Paul Stamets videos he is an American Mycologist they have so many benefits to us all.
