I think this is a sport of "Shindeshojo"
sometimes referred to as "Shin chishio"
They look identical. Kind of shrubby structure and brilliant spring colour.

Wow! That is quite spectacular! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a pink maple tree.

Thank you Delonix, It has a spectacular colour early in the spring and then it fades to pale pink. It's fall colour is nothing to write home about.
