What a pleasant walk!

About 1&1/2 miles, Meadowland, so quite short, took only 1hour.

I would love to be on one of those barges!

Yes, Barges are usually very comfy. My sister & brother in law used to live on the Canal du Midi & worked for Hoseasons letting out their barges to holiday makers. We put flowers & wine in them for their arrival. Some folk grumbled if it rained but we can’t control that, can we. :-)
