Acer Jordan flower buds

Amazing Janey … can’t wait to see if my A. Jordan will be the same 🙂.

Good close up..the leaf colour is very lime.I can't remember if it stays that colour?

Lovely close up, Janey. One of our acers puts on pink buds too. Its lovely against the lime-yellow foliage.

Julia, I’m pretty sure the leaves do stay that lime colour through the summer … a good one!

I love "Jordan" not only for its lemony leaves which shine all summer long but also for these showy red samaras pushing up above the leaves. They add a bright contrast to
its foliage.

I'm sure it'll be out soon Sheila, the leaves are edged in light orange when they first unfold too.
