Dwarf evergreen shrub.

By Janey

Dwarf evergreen shrub.

I've forgotten what this dwarf shrub is. Evergreen, so nice all winter, but now it's come into it's own with these tiny lily of the valley flowers. Really pretty.

I've found it in my photos, Gaulteria mucronata. So it'll have vivid red berries in the winter..:))
I'd forgotten all about it..
Thanks both..

We have thickets of Gaultheria shallon in our forest Janey. Relative to yours, I guess. It's called 'Salal' here. Very popular by local florist.

Hi Klahanie, I can imagine all the red berries would be very popular in Christmas decorations. I shall Google yours to have a look..:))

The flowers are very similar Klahanie, but totally different leaves. Pretty berries too..
