Tilia cordata 'Lico'

Tilia cordata 'Lico' (Tilia cordata (Ihlamur Agaci))

Stopped out at a nursery I used to work for and found some of these dwarf lindens. I'm not sure how old it is but I can tell they've had them for a while, the trunk was starting to grow into the nursery tag. If it were a little smaller I would consider it for bonsai (still might) but I wanted it mostly because I love the scent of the flowers. I think it was defoliated by Japanese beetles, they do the same thing to my Greenspire Linden.

My mother used to make her tea from linden flowers . It was very aromatic.
