Just discovered we have a Fatsia in our New Garden, what is the best way to look after it and can we feed it ? and what is best for it?

On plant Fatsia japonica

Don't have to do anything special with it at all, hardy plant - likes a bit of shade, cut it back when it gets out of hand in early summer, feed in April with Growmore or similar if you want, don't have to, clear away dead leaves, etc., that's it really. And are you the same guest who asked about Ricinus recently, with leaves going black, I wonder?

Fatsia is very popular with flower arrangers so you can always find one of them to keep it under control for you!
