When should I prune back Kaffir Lily?

I would let it die back a little more and then tidy it up. Ours is ready for it now (number 2407 on the 'to do' list ;-)))

I only ever pull away the really dead leaves and cut the flowering stems. In a mild winter they stay pretty much evergreen all the time.

Thank you Bulbaholic & Seaburngirl they have never looked like this but they really have grown and not long stopped blooming.
