I had lots of new Allium bulbs, which I could not plant out as I was moving house so I planted them all up in pots and deep trays. I now have them all starting to show in my conservatory. Will they die from frost if I plant them out now in feb ? I don't really want them inside til the frosts have gone as they will need separating more and I think they need slowing down. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

All thne alliums that I know of are quite hardy and could be planted out now. I would not separate them as this will knock the soil from the growing roots. Dig your holes and pop the whole potfull into the hole.

As Bulbaholic has said, they are hardy so put them out now. They will slow down outside and light now is still too weak for them to be inside and grow well. Either put them in the ground where you want them or put them outside in their current pots.
