Two years ago I planted some Thuja plicata and they are very slow when this variety is supposed to be a quick grower.Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, are you sure you have T plicata, aka western red cedar, unless you have a garden the size of a park, I wouldn't recommend this for a garden, it growing to 70 - 120 ft high, with a spread of 20 - 30 ft.
Is it possible that it has been mislabelled by someone, and you actually have 1 of the miniature species?, Derek.
