Hya my Bedding Plants are still going strong, is this unusual for this time of year, there Begonia's they are pretty well shaded, as we've just added a bit more fencing, could they continue through to the summer and start to flower again, can you help please, Thanking you,

Mild damp weather has confused a lot of plants. Whether soft plants will survive the winter will depend on what the winter is like - just because autumn was mild and damp doesn't mean that winter will be. A couple of sharp frosts could easily kill things off.

What if they aren't killed off Urbanite? Will they carry on next year?

Yes they will continue to grow if not frosted and flower in spring/summer. The UK is a frost prone place at any time of the year, so it is a matter of time. Begonia can be frosted by 1-2C, so you do not need minus figures.
