september 2012 i bought a patio victoria plum. it has had beautiful leaves, but no flowers-so no fruit,it looks like its going to be the same this year.has anyone any idea as why? (all my other patio fruit trees are doing ok.)

Plums are always slow to fruit, it can be a few years, if its in a pot be sure its big enough and be aware its what happens this summer that determines next years fruit as for any trees.
you could try a high potash feed once now, then in may and june. Not after that as it needs to harden its growth for the winter
I had plums, not many , last year from my 4 year old victoria.....
