I recently transplanted my cordyline, it was doing great, but now the leaves are turning yellowish brown and its dying fast, helpll

Wrong time of year to transplant trees and shrubs and it will have been severely shocked. If it is a small one you might get by with keeping it well watered but if its a big one there isn't a lot of hope. Try lots of water every day and keep your fingers crossed.

Try cutting off about 1/2 to 2/3 of the leaves, starting with the oldest ones, and using good root stimulator, such as Superthrive.
