I am collecting seeds from my "pearl lupin" blue javelin. When I come to planting these seeds, do they need soaking? These are not the usual black/brown lupin seeds they are very large white almost pea sized globe shaped seeds. Thank you!

to be honest I have never soaked the normal lupin seeds so I cant advise. other than to say seeds in the wild only get 'soaked' by the rain and melting snow [if in snowy regions]
welcome to GoY too :o)

Hi welcome from me too, I agree with Seaburngirl, if you sow them as soon as they're ripe, they will be soaked enough by next spring, which is when they will germinate, Derek.

How do I say thanks?
