i am soaking my Rununculus and i was curious if i could use cinnamon as a presentive fungicied ? thoughts?

You can use a little bleach - about a half cup to a gallon of water. Hydrogen Peroxide is also very effective and has many possible applications. Now if you wanted to root some plant cuttings, I know cinnamon is a widely used anti-fungal agent for that.

You could, after you shake most of the water off, though, since you are soaking them I would favor Bathgate's hydrogen peroxide solution. Bleach is effective, but a little more toxic to the bulbs. I wouldn't leave them in either for more than a few minutes.
