Hi. I have an Anthony Waterer Spiria that I have had for over a year in a pot. How is the best way to prune it.....cut back to base or thin out old wood? Thanks.



Hi and welcome to GoY. according to the RHS it is in pruning group 6. this link explains it for you.
If overgrown, can be renovated by cutting back hard immediately after flowering, but it is unlikely to be overgrown at this stage.
