I planted some out of date wild flower seeds, in plant pots not expecting any growth. However, within 2 days they have sprouted. I know it's the wrong time of year but can they be successfully, replanted in the garden once they are the right size? Many thanks.

Well, yes, it is a bit late, and obviously no one knows which wildflowers they are, but now that they've germinated, you only have two choices - either just bin them or transfer them as they grow on and plant them out anyway. Impossible to say how well they will do once planted out, but you might as well give it a go.

Keep them out of the sun and don't plant them until the soil is wet. I love the surprise of not knowing what they're going to be! Keep posting pics and we'll see who can identify them first!
