Can anyone tell me what flower this is and do they come in different colours?

It looks like a variety of Nerine bowdenii, which comes in shades of pink and rose. For other Nerines, see this page:

Since you are in the UK, the place to go for Nerines is
They have Nerine sarniensis hybrids that are spectacular. They only ship in summer when nerines are dormant. If you take care of them, a single bulb will multiply quickly.

Thanks a million. Have been on the site and will order bulbs from them next year. I can't remember when the ones we already have were planted but they are lovely.

Update. Saw an advert in the newspaper for Nerines last year. Ordered and planted. Once planted noted that they had come from China. Non of them grew, not sure if that was me or because they were poor quality.

Probably poor quality. Plant so about 1/3 of the bulb is above ground and in well drained soil. A dry summer rest is important. You should get growth the first fall and sometimes flowers the first year, sometimes the second year.
