I set the plants below ages ago in my greenhouse and they’re now doing well, but what are they ? I know I should know but I’m ashamed to say I don’t. Will they grow any more - I have about a dozen.

Maybe perpetual spinach?
I'm utterly useless when it comes to labelling stuff too, you're not alone...
Bloody useful plants though, baby leaves in salads, bigger leaves chopped in stir fries, etc.

That's what I thought too

Thanks guys, I thought they could be spinach but it’s the first time I’ve grown them. Will they grow any bigger or should I get them up now ?

In the soil they form a turnip-like beet if they're perpetual spinach. They're tough as old boots when it comes to weather conditions, just treat them as a cut & come again. I've harvested leaves & had to shake snow off of them before though the growth slows & older leaves can get a bit leathery in Winter.
They can bolt in hot dry conditions but what the hey? Free seeds for next year!
Leaf miners will be the main pest problem

Thanks D, I’ll get them up this week - it’s quite different to the spinach I buy from Asda.

How do I say thanks?
