Morning, I have various fuchsia's in pots and in the garden but none of them flowered much last year, I feed with tomato feed in the summer and grow them most years, what do I do this year to get a better display? Thanks.

I would not feed them too much this year. Sometimes excessive feed leads to lots of leafy growth rather than flowers.
I usually just give a light feed in spring then nothing else.

thank you Seaburngirl, I intend to re-pot with fresh compost so that may be enough then.

or add a few slow release granules and that will be sufficient.

I've heard of burying chopped up banana skins at the base of roses for potassium, etc. & to help ward off aphids. Might work for fuchsias too

How do I say thanks?
