Looks a bit Euphorbia -ish but I will need to look at it on the main computer.

if you like them then yes worth growing. In the past I have lifted plants and divided the roots stock. I've never tried cuttings. But be cautious as the sap can cause chemical burns on the skin, especially if exposed to the sunlight
