I have a lovely yellow bush rose, and unfortunately it keeps falling over. It is in a pot and is caned to the ground and tied to the edging fence. this makes it harder to fall, but when it does it takes the fence and one of my solar light with it.

Does anyone have any ideas? It will not fit being put in to the ground, and was bought to be a potted addition to the garden. Should I buy a heavier larger pot to put it in, as it is in its original pot?

Any advice is welcome

Thanks in advance.

Using the hole/s in the bottom of the pot, bolt it to a flagstone.

Or put it in a larger pot--preferably wider rather than deeper--and put 5-8 cm of stones in the bottom.

O.K, thanks for the advice.

I tend to find that when my planters blow over, it's a sign they're needing watered!!

I have just finished palnting it in a bigger planter with 24 nice winter pansies round the edge.
